The manual loading option allows QuickAir to be used in standalone mode or, when integrated with an automated warehouse, to consolidate products managed by the warehouse with those not handled or manageable by automation.

The tubes, being more compact and flexible compared to options with conveyors or elevators, can integrate more easily into the décor, passing through spaces like false ceilings and cavities, with less need for construction work. If integration is not possible, the transparent tube option allows you to see the carrier and products, adding a touch of technology and a "wow" effect to the environment.

Adding or changing the position of delivery points is very easy

The tube lines can be added or relocated at a later time with minimal impact. Additionally, QuickAir can be reconfigured on-site without the need to modify its software or electronics.

QuickLoad, in combination with the QuickAir system, allows the pneumatic line to be loaded fully automatically, without manual intervention.

Simply place the boxes into QuickLoad’s hopper: from there, the device takes care of transferring them automatically.

With QuickLoad + QuickAir, boxes can be sent to another room or seamlessly feed the automatic loading system of an automated warehouse, even at a distance. This means products can be transferred, for example, directly from the goods receiving area to the automated warehouse loading point — without the need for dedicated staff and without limits on distance within the facility.
